3-Stage Spray Washer with overhead enclosed track system
This 3-stage pre-treatment spray washer is designed in a "U" shape configuration to fit in the customer's painting area. The parts to be washed and pre-treated enter and exit the washer from the same end.
The washer is constructed of mild steel. The firing mechanism is a natural gas immersion tube heat exchanger. The conveyor is an overhead enclosed track system.
The complete washer unit is equipped with lifting points for quick rigging and placement with a crane.

2-Stage Spray Washer
This 2-stage spray washer is designed to clean parts between manufacturing operations.
The washer is constructed of mild steel with steam heat in both stages. The conveyor is an overhead 4″ I-beam track system, designed to interface with the customer's existing conveyor system.
