5-Stage Pre-Treatment Washer with Overhead Conveyor
This shows parts racks suspended from an overhead monorail conveyor entering a 5-stage pre-treatment washer at the start of a powder coating line. The washer is designed to process multiple configurations of parts for a custom powder coating facility. The washer first cleans the parts, then applies an iron phosphate pre-treat coating to promote adhesion of the powder coating spray.
The entire system consists of a 5-stage spray washer with iron phosphate pre-treat, a dry-off oven, a powder coating spray booth with over-spray powder collection system, and a powder coat curing oven, all automated by a continuous overhead monorail conveyor, and all designed, engineered and manufactured by W. C. Grant.

A Complete System:
